Synopsis

‍Hugrún is a brave and curious young troll girl born in the breathtaking mountain ranges of northern Iceland. Unlike other trolls, Hugrún is full of questions—especially about the age-old tale that trolls turn to stone if caught in sunlight. Determined to uncover the truth behind this piece of folklore, she sets off on a daring adventure across rugged landscapes and hidden valleys. Along the way, Hugrún faces natural challenges, meets unexpected allies, and discovers that courage and curiosity can lead to answers no one dared to seek. Her journey becomes not only a search for truth but also a path to understanding who she truly is.
